Easy Peel Quail Eggs

It really is not hard at all.

My husband Matt hard boils dozens each week for his infamous Spicy Pickled Quail Eggs that he sells here locally.

He is for sure the cook in our house. (I try, I really do, but it is not my calling.)

So I “interviewed” him to get his tips and tricks about cooking THE PERFECT hard boiled quail egg, and his super awesome hack to get the shell to basically just fall off!

Seriously guys, this man hand-peels hundreds of quail eggs at a time and he has it down to a couple seconds per egg.

No sticking shell coming off in teensy tiny pieces.

No chunks of the whites coming off with the shell.
